Michael Floyd
Michael started his interest in Rogers City, Mi. in 1975 with co-founder Bob Parsons, a student. Their creation, "The Adventures of the Six-Cent Man", was his first successful venture in filmmaking. This vision of filmmaking was encouraged and greatly expanded when Dave Habig teamed up with Michael in Ft. Wayne, IN in 1991. Michael and Dave worked with students, parents and community members of all ages to explore the limitless potential that exists in the creative and integrated learning process of film production.

Windsong Pictures has involved students from over 300 schools and 40 universities across 38 states in the production of the internationally -screened short and full- length motion pictures.

Dave Habig


David Habig
Dave began his work in 1991 with Michael Floyd in the capacity of T.V. Production teacher. Since then Michael and Dave have worked for years in creating meaningful experience for thousands of students and adults from many schools and communities through the creation of Discovery Expos, the International Windsong Fim Festival and the Windsong Student Film Festival. In this process students and adults have created and produced over 100 films through Windsong Pictures and participated in hundreds of cinematic workshops.

MARTIN TIERNEY
Martin is a Fulbright Scholar and a retired high school teacher who is a published author, playwright and screenwriter. He is also a gifted composer, musician and vocalist as well as a very talented actor for over 40 years. Martin is the Vice-President of the Windsong Board of Directors and has volunteered with the company since 1997 in many capacities.

MICHELLE TRIBOLET
Michelle has worked in many capacities with Windsong Pictures as a writer, producer, actress, editor and director. Her business collegiate background enhances her contributions to the educational production company in many ways including serving as a a member of the Board of Directors as the Treasurer.

DAVID LENGEL
David is a computer programmer/analyst with a large insurance/investment firm. He has been actively involved with a number of independent films including his own production. David's talents lie in not only in the technical areas of editing and special effects, but he is also a gifted screen writer and musical composer.

BEVERLY LUBS
Beverly began as a highly-involved parent in a supporting role. Since then she has increased her participation as a gifted writer, producer and director. Beverly's college years at Purdue University helped to spark her interest in Amelia Earhart which led to two Windsong productions during 2004. Her background as an American Sign Language interpreter has proven to be very helpful in the Windsong outreach to the hearing impaired. Beverly is a member of the Board of Directors of Windsong Pictures, Inc.

MARLON CATILLIANO
Marlon is a gifted animator holding a degree in Animation and Production. A native of Honduras, his talents run deep. Marlon is not only a highly- gifted animator, but he is also an accomplished cinematographer, director and editor. Marlon is a member of the Board of Directors.

TOM BISHOP

Tom is a graduate of Ball State University and is abroker in the food industry who has been seriously involved with Windsong Pictures along with his wife and daughter.  Tom serves as the secretary of Windsong Pictures.

ALICE CHITWOOD

Alice is retired from Fort Wayne Community Schools and is very active in the Windsong Pictures organization.  She is the senior member of the Windsong Board of Directors.  She loves working with Windsong families.

Steven Manning is a member of the Windsong Pictures Board of Diretors.  He has a srong track record in the television and radio broadcast industries.  He is also very experienced as a producer and promoter in marketing.
