Windsong's vision "to reach out, touch others, and make a difference" says it all for the aspect of community service. Windsong works locally with Sertoma International, Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation, St. Marys Soup Kitchen, Miss Virginia Mission, Community Harvest Food Bank Cancer Services of Allen County and other nonprofit organizations. Windsong film/video staff and volunteers assist with video productions providing no cost coverage of various events in the community.
Windsong staff and volunteers are willing to help others in the production of videos or local filming of events.

FUNDING OF WINDSONG PRODUCTIONS
Staff of the program is currently on a voluntary basis. None of the staff or crew of Windsong is paid. Grants have paid a role in the funding of this program. Donations, usually in the form of in-kind, help with the program. Such donations as rope, tents, props, lighting equipment, use of buildings and the resources such as janitorial services help in our productions. Windsong tries to maintain a high community profile. Constant contact in the media and news helps us to maintain needed support without much money. As the voluntary staff works in the community people will see many news reports and television programs.
